Dr Patel and staff are fantastic. I had to wait four weeks for an appointment but when I was seen I received excellent care and attention.

I just wish the NHS had more capacity to see patients sooner. So sad

Receptionist very helpful and got an appointment on the day. Very impressed with the cleanliness in the surgery.

I found my clinician to be abrupt and borderline rude. Whilst I know its part of her job to be proactive that does not mean she should be dismissive of my individual needs
